June 16 - Oct. 31 (Minimum week stays during July and August, 2 nights at other times, 3 on holiday weekends)
Nightly: $275 Weekly:$1800
Nov. 1 - Dec. 15 (Minimum 2 nights)
Nightly: $265 Weekly:$1500
Dec. 16 - 31 (Minimum 2 night, 4 between Dec. 24 - 31)
Nightly: $275 Weekly:$1800
*Additional $35/stay cleaning fee at all times.
